Restoring your confidence

For the 30 million men who suffer from Erectile Dysfunction, the primary cause is usually a medical condition such as diabetes, vascular disease, prostate cancer or hypertension.  The anxiety and depression that often accompany ED may exacerbate the problem.  Don’t let ED undermine your self-esteem or the relationship you have nurtured over the years with your partner.  The Osbon ErecAid System offers an easy-to-use solution that works for almost everyone.  Regain the intimacy you thought was lost. It isn’t too late.

90% Solution

The latest ED pills are great for many people but not for everybody, especially if you are taking drugs for hypertension, enlarged prostate or vascular conditions.  Unlike other treatment options, the Osbon ErecAid System has a success rate of over 90%, even for diabetics and high blood pressure patients.  With the ErecAid System, you and your partner can choose how and when the time is right, without side effects, and without the high cost of drugs.

  • No surgery

There are currently three Osbon Vacuum Erection Devices available.  The ErecAid Classic system is available without a prescription.  For more information on the Classic system, click here or call customer service at 800-438-8592.  The Esteem Manual system and the Esteem Automatic systems require a prescription.  If you are interested in one of these systems, please see your physician and ask them if one of these systems may be right for you.

Many private insurers cover some of the cost of the Osbon ErecAid Esteem systems (Manual and Automatic).  To find out if your plan covers the Osbon ErecAid device, please call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance card and ask if your plan covers CPT Code L7900.

Medicare stopped covering Vacuum Erection Devices as part of the Achieving a Better Life Experience Act of 2014.  If you have Medicare as a secondary, we are unable to process an insurance claim on your behalf.  Please all your provider to learn how to self submit a claim.  We continue supporting our Medicare population by lowering our prices to mirror the changes in the industry as well as payment plan options.

For customers without insurance coverage we offer deferred payment plans to help defray the upfront out of pocket costs.  For more information about our deferred payment plan, click here or call customer service at 800-438-8592, Option 1.

We offer three VED (Vacuum Erection Device) systems: Classic, Esteem Manual and the Esteem Automatic.  Follow this link to see a comparison chart that will help you understand the differences and decide which is best for you.

Even Mild trauma during surgery can cause temporary damage to the nerves and blood vessels that are necessary for you to have an erection.  Many men may not be able to get an erection without using medicines or other treatments after surgery.

Your ED can be managed, talk to your Doctor.

Speak openly with your physician about your degree of erectile function before and after surgery

  • Talk about your expectations and discuss options that may improve your ability to achieve an erection following your surgery.

  • In some cases, your physician may prescribe a medical device called a Vacuum Erection Device (VED) to assist you in creating and maintaining an erection.

  • You and your doctor can decide if Osbon ErecAid is right for you and then your doctor can write a prescription.

Recognizing that the need for a Vacuum Erection Device may have been an unplanned expense.  We offer flexible payment options to patients covered by Medicare or commcercial insurance plans that do not include VED coverage.  If you are unsure if your insurance covers a VED, call the toll-free number on the back of your insurance card and ask if your plan covers CPT Code L7900.
