Our support services for your office include the traditional educational materials but we are excited to introduce the Your Needs, Your Support Program.
Your Needs, Your Support
We offer a number of ways to take your patient from your recommendation to the effective use of the Osbon ErecAid device and we want you to tell us how our support options best fit your needs.
Here’s how it works:
STEP 1: DIAGNOSE AN APPROPRIATE PATIENT WITH A NEED FOR A VACUUM ERECTION DEVICE
STEP 2: DECIDE THAT YOU WANT THE PATIENT TO GET AN OSBON ERECAID VED
STEP 3: SELECT THE SUPPORT RESOURCE THAT BEST FITS THE NEEDS OF YOUR OFFICE & PATIENT
Option 1: Live in-person product demonstrations
The demonstration includes a review of the three Osbon ErecAid devices that are available, a step by step guide to help the patient obtain the device, and a demonstration of how the device works) Note: Office must have 5 or more patients available on a single day to take advantage of a live in-person demonstration.
Option 2: Live remote product demonstration.
This can be done right in your office and includes everything this is included in Option 1, however it is done remotely through videoconference technology or over the phone.
Option 3: Patient can call our customer care center at their convenience.
One of our customer care representatives will schedule a time where they can receive a full product demonstration via a videoconference or teleconference from their home.
Option 4: Watch the DVD.
That’s right, We have DVD’s that cover product usage. These are available for your office and you can give them to your patients so that they can learn how to use the product on their own. If they have questions afterward, customer care is always there. Please be sure to give them the DVD only if you’ve instructed them to purchase an Osbon ErecAid VED. The DVD is specific to our product and may be confusing if they try to use it to understand how to use a different VED device.
Option 4: Watch the video online.
The same video that is on the DVD is available on our website. Once again, if they have questions afterward, customer care is always there. Also, please be sure to direct them to the video on our website only if you’ve instructed them to purchase an Osbon ErecAid VED. The video is specific to our product and may be confusing if they try to use it to understand how to use a different VED device.
STEP 4: FOLLOW UP WITH PATIENT AT THEIR NEXT VISIT TO INSURE THEY ARE HAPPY WITH THEIR VED.
